Exchange and Return Policy
At Lacali, we care about customer satisfaction and strive to provide a convenient and safe shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Duration:
You can request an exchange or return of any product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return and exchange terms:
Products must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags attached.
The original purchase invoice must be presented.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders placed under special offers or discounts.
The return policy applies to all Lacali products listed on the site, including:
Men's and women's clothing, shoes, slippers, and accessories such as belts, socks, scarves, and backpacks or shoulder bags.
Return Method:
You can visit any Lacali branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to return the product.
Or contact customer service to arrange to receive the product via the shipping company.
Products purchased outside the Kingdom via international shipping can only be returned and cannot be exchanged.
Refund Mechanism:
In case of cash on delivery payment, A store credit will be issued equal to the value of the purchases, valid for one year from the date of addition.
In case of online payment via card, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 7 business days after the product is received and verified.
Store credit is non-divisible and can be used in one payment.
In case you receive a damaged or non-conforming product:
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from your order, please do not use it and contact us immediately via:

We will arrange the return and exchange at no additional charge.
Additional notes:
Please ensure the package is intact upon receipt. If you notice damage or tampering with the packaging, it is best to refuse the package and contact us immediately.
No return or exchange can be made without the original invoice .
Prior approval from customer service is required before sending any product.

Lacali branches are available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but you can order from our website from anywhere inside or outside the Kingdom.
